Description of Material Information or Facts Informasi, dengan ini kami sampaikan bahwa pada tanggal 09 Juni 2025 Perseroan telah menerima surat pengunduran diri dari Bapak Sunata Tjiterosampurno selaku Komisaris Perseroan. Selanjutnya, Perseroan akan menindaklanjuti permohonan pengunduran diri tersebut sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Referring to the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Board of Directors and Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies, and Financial Services Authority Regulation — No. 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies, and Decree of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange No. Kep-00066/BE1/09- 2022 concerning Obligations for Submitting Information, we hereby inform you that on 09 Juni 2025 the Company has received resignation letter from Mr. Sunata Tjiterosampurno as Commissioner of the Company. Subseguently, the Company will follow up on the resignation application in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, kegiatan usaha dan operasional Perseroan tetap berjalan sebagaimana biasa. Pengunduran diri tersebut akan diputuskan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan sesuai dengan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan.
