PENGUMUMAN
Dengan senang hati kami umumkan bahwa MEDCDRPM5A telah dapat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 10 Juni
2025 dan pemegang waran terstruktur berhak atas Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai (per MEDCDRPM5A) (jika
jumlah tersebut lebih besar dari nol).
Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 1.244 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham MEDC di
Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that MEDCDRPM5A is exercised on 10th June 2025 ("Expiry Date") and the
structured warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per MEDCDRPM5A) (if the
said amount is greater than zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 1.244 being the closing price of MEDC Shares on
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.

= Number of Structured Warrant (Exercise Price – Settlement Price)
