                               ANNOUNCEMENT
          RESULT OF OPTIONAL REDEMPTION ON SHELF REGISTERED IDR BONDS V
          MEDCO ENERGI INTERNASIONAL PHASE I YEAR 2023 (“BONDS”) SERIES B

 Pursuant to Deed No. 66 dated June 23, 2023 regarding the Amendment II to the Trustee Agreement
 for Shelf Registered IDR Bonds V Medco Energi Internasional Phase I Year 2023 (the “Amendment II
 to the Trustee Agreement”), hereby we notify that the Company has exercised its Call Option on the
 Series B of the Bonds, with the information on the Call Option result as follows:

    1.   Principal Redemption Amount             : Rp 260,000,000,000.00 (two hundred sixty billion Rupiah)
    2.   Optional Redemption Price               : 103.650% (one hundred three point six five zero percent)
    3.   Fund Utilized for Redemption            : Rp 274,235,000,000.00 (two hundred seventy four billion two hundred
                                                   thirty-five million Rupiah) including with the accrued interest.
    4.   Optional Redemption Date                : July 7, 2026
    5.   Paying Agent                            : PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia
    6.   The redemption of the Shelf Registered IDR Bonds V Medco Energi Internasional Phase I Year 2023 Series B
         through the Call Option exercise constitutes as early redemption of whole Bonds and may not be repurchased.
