Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah menyelesaikan seluruh rangkaian lelang aset
(Asset Disposal) dengan melakukan
penyerahan aset kepada pemenang lelang melalui Kantor
Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara (KPKNL)
Palembang pada tanggal 5 Juni 2025, dengan lini masa
(timeline) sebagai berikut:
1. Pada tanggal 14 April 2025, Perseroan menerbitkan
pengumuman pada Koran Palpos
terkait Pengumuman Lelang atas Aset Peralatan yang
dilaksanakan melalui KPKNL Palembang
dengan metode penawaran tertulis tanpa kehadiran peserta
lelang melalui Lelang Internet
(E-Auction) secara terbuka (open bidding);
2. Pelaksanaan lelang berupa pengumuman, penawaran,
sampai penetapan pemenang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14
April 2025 sampai dengan tanggal 25 April 2025;
3. Proses serah terima dengan pembeli lelang telah dilakukan
sejak tanggal 15 Mei 2025 hingga
tanggal 5 Juni 2025;
4. Pelaksanaan lelang Aset Peralatan Perseroan yang terjual
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam
angka 2, terdiri dari 2 (dua) paket lelang, berupa:
a. Paket 2 - Batching Plant (1 unit); - Gantry Crane (1 unit); -
Genset (2 unit); - Truck Mixer (1 unit).
b. Paket 3 - Genset (10 unit);
Jumlah total 15 (lima belas) unit Aset Peralatan secara
keseluruhan;
5. Nilai limit lelang keseluruhan berdasarkan nilai pasar
Laporan Penilaian Kantor Jasa Penilai
Publik Firdaus, Ali dan Rekan No.
00256/2.013400/PI/03/0071/1/XI/2024 tanggal 14 November
2024 dan Harga Perkiraan Sendiri adalah sebesar
Rp2.141.149.386,- (sudah termasuk PPN),
dan harga terbentuk dari proses lelang adalah sebesar
Rp2.150.149.386,- (sudah termasuk PPN);
6. Lelang atas Aset Peralatan merupakan salah satu upaya
implementasi Perjanjian Perdamaian yang
telah disahkan (homologasi) oleh Majelis Hakim pada tanggal
28 Juni 2022 (Perjanjian Perdamaian);
7. Penggunaan dana hasil Lelang Aset (Asset Disposal)
Peralatan akan digunakan sesuai
dengan ketentuan yang tertuang dalam Perjanjian
Perdamaian.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Lelang Aset (Asset Disposal) Peralatan akan berdampak:
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan - Memperkuat likuiditas Perseroan sehingga mendukung
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kegiatan operasional Perseroan.
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau - Efisiensi beban pemeliharaan, beban penyusutan dan beban
Perusahaan Publik penyimpanan alat.

Material Facts Related to the Auction of Assets (Asset
Type of Material Information or Facts Disposal) of the Companys Non-Productive Equipment.

Description of Material Information or The Company has completed the entire series of asset
Facts auctions (Asset Disposal) by handing over the assets to the
auction winners through the State Wealth Services Office
(KPKNL) Palembang on June 5, 2025, with the following
timeline:
1. On April 14, 2025, the Company published an
announcement in the Palpos newspaper regarding the Auction
Announcement of Equipment Assets conducted through
KPKNL Palembang using a written bidding method without the
presence of participants via open bidding through an Internet
Auction (E-Auction);
2. The auction process, including announcement, bidding, and
winner determination, was carried out from April 14, 2025, to
April 25, 2025;
3. The handover process with the auction buyers took place
from May 15, 2025, to June 5, 2025;
4. The Companys Equipment Assets sold in the auction, as
referred to in point 2, consisted of two auction packages:
a. Package 2 - Batching Plant (1 unit), Gantry Crane (1 unit),
Genset (2 units), Truck Mixer (1 unit)
b.Package 3 - Genset (10 units)
A total of 15 (fifteen) units of Equipment Assets overall;
5. The total auction limit value based on the market value from
the Valuation Report by Public Appraisal Services Office

00256/2.013400/PI/03/0071/1/XI/2024 dated November 14,
2024, and the Companys own estimated price (HPS), was IDR
2,141,149,386 (including VAT), while the final auction price
formed through the auction process was IDR 2,150,149,386
(including VAT);
6. The auction of the Equipment Assets is part of the
implementation of the Composition Plan (Perjanjian
Perdamaian) ratified (homologated) by the Panel of Judges on
June 28, 2022;
7. The proceeds from the Asset Auction (Asset Disposal) will
be used in accordance with the provisions stated in the
Composition Plan.
Impact of event, material information or The Asset Auction (Asset Disposal) of Equipment will have the
facts towards Issuers or Public following impacts:
Company’s operational activities, legal,
financial condition, or going concern - Strengthening the Companys liquidity, thereby supporting its
operational activities.
- Increasing efficiency by reducing maintenance costs,
depreciation expenses, and equipment storage costs.
