Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (“ADRO”) pada tanggal 3
Juni 2025 tentang Aksi Korporasi – Dividen Tunai disampaikan bahwa sesuai hasil Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Tahunan ADRO pada tanggal 2 Juni 2025, ADRO menyampaikan rencana
pembagian Dividen Tunai untuk periode tahun buku 2024 yang akan dibayar sebagai berikut:

OF STRUCTURED WARRANT
ADRODRCN5A, ADRODRCQ5A, ADRODRCQ5B AND ADRODRCX5A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (“ADRO”) dated 3rd June
2025, related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend it was conveyed that the Annual General Meeting
of Shareholders of ADRO dated 2nd June 2025, has resolved, ADRO had a plan for the distribution of
dividends for the fiscal year 2024, which will be paid as follows:

Structured Warrant, the Exercise Ratio and Exercise Price of ADRODRCN5A, ADRODRCQ5A,
ADRODRCQ5B and ADRODRCX5A will be adjusted based on the formula below:

is traded on a cum-entitlement basis.

Kindly be noted that the adjustment might not be made if based on Issuer’s sole discretion and without
limitation, and without any obligation to Structured Warrant Holders, the Issuer deems no adjustment is
appropriate.
