Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 4 Juni 2025, melalui surat resmi Kementerian
Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian Republik Indonesia,
Perseroan telah mendapatkan informasi perihal penunjukan
Ibu Yessie D. Yosetya, sebagai perwakilan Indonesia dalam
Aliansi EMPOWER di bawah Presidensi G20 Afrika Selatan.
Penunjukan ini merupakan yang kedua kalinya bagi Ibu Yessie
D. Yosetya, setelah sebelumnya pernah ditunjuk sebagai
perwakilan Indonesia dalam Aliansi EMPOWER saat
Presidensi G20 Indonesia.
Aliansi EMPOWER bertujuan untuk mendorong kepemimpinan
perempuan dan partisipasi ekonomi perempuan di sektor
publik dan swasta, termasuk wirausaha perempuan.
Penunjukan ini merupakan bagian dari upaya Pemerintah
Indonesia untuk memperkuat komitmen terhadap
pemberdayaan perempuan di sektor ekonomi, sejalan dengan
kebijakan Presidensi G20 Indonesia sebelumnya.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta -
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan

The appointment of the Director of the Company (Yessie D.
Type of Material Information or Facts Yosetya) as representative from Indonesia in the EMPOWER
Alliance under G20 Presidency of Africa Selatan
Description of Material Information or On June 4, 2025, through an official letter from the
Facts Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs of the Republic of
Indonesia, the Company received information regarding the
appointment of Ms. Yessie D. Yosetya as representative from
Indonesia in the EMPOWER Alliance under G20 Presidency of
South Africa.
This appointment marks the second time for Ms. Yessie D.
Yosetya, after previously being appointed as representative
from Indonesia in the EMPOWER Alliance during G20
Presidency of Indonesia.
The EMPOWER Alliance aims to promote leadership and
economic of women participation in both the public and private
sectors, including women entrepreneurs.
This appointment is part of the Government of Indonesia
efforts to strengthen its commitment to empowerment of
women in the economic sector, in line with the policies of
Indonesia previous G20 Presidency.
