In accordance with:
1. The letter of PT Panca Global Kapital Tbk (the “Company”) No. 033C/PGK-CS/VI/2026 dated July 8,
2026 regarding the Submission of the Prospectus (Correction);
2. The Indonesia Stock Exchange (the “Exchange”) Announcements no. Peng-SPT-00016/BEI.PP3/07-2026
dated July 7, 2026 regarding the Temporary Suspension of Trading of the Securities of PT Panca Global
Kapital Tbk (PEGE);
and considering that the Company has provided adequate disclosure of information, the Exchange hereby lifts
the Temporary Suspension of Trading for the securities of PT Panca Global Kapital Tbk (PEGE) in all markets,
effective as of the Pre-Opening Session on Thursday, July 9, 2026. As a result, all Company’s securities may
be traded again in all markets.
All interested parties are advised to continuously monitor the Company’s disclosures.
