Latar Belakang Pengambilalihan Sebagai investasi yang dapat memberi nilai tambah
serta dapat memperluas jaringan usaha karena TEBE
merupakan perusahaan holding yang salah satu anak
perusahaannya memiliki kegiatan usaha pelayanan
kepelabuhanan, sinergi antara sarana operasional dan
infrastruktur yang dimiliki oleh TEBE dan DSP,
diharapkan akan tercipta integrasi operasional logistik
dalam pendistribusian hasil pertambangan. Integrasi
ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi,
memperkuat kontrol kualitas, serta meningkatkan
responsivitas terhadap kebutuhan pasar.
