Melalui Sistem Pelaporan Elektronik Emiten atau Perusahaan
Publik, maka dengan ini PT Bintang Mitra
Semestaraya Tbk ("Perseroan") menyampaikan Laporan
Keterbukaan Informasi sehubungan dengan
Corporate Action Perseroan melalui investasi di PT Hidrogen
Peroxida Indonesia, di mana Perseroan
memiliki 46% saham dalam entitas tersebut.
Adapun PT Hidrogen Peroxida Indonesia telah
menandatangani perjanjian kredit sindikasi senilai
Rp.160.000.000.000,- (seratus enam puluh miliar rupiah) pada
hari Rabu, tanggal 28 Mei 2025, yang
merupakan pendanaan tahap pertama dari total komitmen
sebesar Rp 600.000.000.000,- (enam ratus
milyar rupiah) dari sejumlah bank nasional, tiga bank nasional
di antaranya:
1. PT Bank Victoria International Tbk;
2. PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sulselbar; dan
3. PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk.
untuk tujuan pembangunan pabrik Hidrogen Peroksida (H202)
yang berlokasi di Desa Mangunreja,
Kecamatan Pulo Ampel, Kabupaten Serang, Banten.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta -
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Facts Regulation No. I-E concerning the Obligation to Submit
Information and the Financial Services Authority Regulation
No. 7/POJK.04/2018 concerning the Submission of Reports
Through the Electronic Reporting System of Issuers or Public
Companies, PT Bintang Mitra Semestaraya Tbk ("the
Company") hereby submits an Information Disclosure Report
in connection with the Company's Corporate Action through
investment in PT Hidrogen Peroxida Indonesia, where the
Company owns 46% of the shares in the entity. Meanwhile, PT
Hidrogen Peroxida Indonesia has signed a syndicated credit
agreement worth Rp160,000,000,000 (one hundred and sixty
billion rupiah) on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, which is the first
stage of funding from a total commitment of
Rp600,000,000,000 (six hundred billion rupiah) from a number
of national banks, three of which are:
1. PT Bank Victoria International Tbk;
2. PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sulselbar; and
3. PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk.
for the purpose of building a Hydrogen Peroxide (H202) factory
located in Mangunreja Village, Pulo Ampel District, Serang
Regency, Banten.
