Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah mendirikan entitas anak baru yaitu PT
Andalan Samudra Bahari (ASB), berkedudukan di Jakarta
Pusat, yang bergerak di bidang usaha pelayaran.
Perseroan memiliki 99,99% atas ASB, atau setara dengan
modal ditempatkan dan disetor oleh Perseroan pada ASB
senilai Rp12.499.000.000,-, dari total modal ditempatkan dan
disetor penuh ASB senilai Rp12.500.000.000,-.
Tujuan pembentukan entitas anak baru tersebut adalah untuk
mendukung kegiatan usaha Perseroan dalam bidang
pelayaran.

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Pembentukan entitas anak baru diharapkan dapat
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, memperkuat operasi segmen pelayaran Perseroan.

Facts Samudra Bahari (ASB), domiciled in Central Jakarta, which
operates in the shipping business.
The Company owns 99.99% of ASB, or equivalent to the
issued and paid-up capital made by the Company in ASB of
Rp12,499,000,000, from the total issued and fully paid-up
capital of ASB of Rp12,500,000,000.
The purpose of the new subsidiary establishment is to support
the Companys shipping business activities.
