Perseroan, yaitu PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara.

Sesuai dengan ketentuan berdasarkan Peraturan No.:
I-E/2022, materi Public Expose Tahunan Perseroan
akan disampaikan paling lambat 3 (tiga) hari bursa
sebelum tanggal penyelenggaraan Public Expose

By referring to provision 1II1.3.1. and provision 1.3.3.1.
of the Decree Letter of Board of Directors of PT Bursa
Efek Indonesia No:  Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022
Regarding Amendment to the Regulation Number I-£
concerning Obligation of Submission of Information
(“Regulation No.: I-E/2022”), herewith we inform that
Annual Public Expose of the Company Shall be held on:

The Board of Directors of the Company who will attend
the Annual Public Expose of the Company namely:

1. Choi Kyoungyoon as President Director,

2. Calvin Wiryapranata as Director, and

3. Rudi Repelita as Director.

The Annual Public Expose of the Company will also be
attended by member of Board of Directors of the
Company's subsidiary, i.e., PT Lotte Chemical Titan
Nusantara.

In accordance with provision under the Regulation No.:
I-E/2022, material of the Annual Public Expose of the
Company will be conveyed by at the latest 3 (three)
exchange days before the date of Annual Public Expose
of the Company which is on June 17", 2025.
