PENGUMUMAN
PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN WARAN TERSTRUKTUR
AMRTDRCN5A, AMRTDRCQ5A, DAN AMRTDRCZ5A
Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (“AMRT”) pada tanggal 23 Mei
2025 tentang Aksi Koprporasi – Dividen Tunai.
Sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan Waran Terstruktur AMRTDRCN5A, AMRTDRCQ5A, dan
AMRTDRCZ5A, sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Term Sheet dan Bagian 3 Prospektus Waran
Terstruktur, maka tidak ada penyesuaian yang akan dilakukan untuk waran terstruktur AMRTDRCN5A,
AMRTDRCQ5A, dan AMRTDRCZ5A sehubungan dengan pembagian Dividen Tunai.
Untuk menghindari keraguan, Prospektus harus dijadikan rujukan dan syarat ketentuan didalamnya
akan berlaku.

TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STRUCTURED WARRANT
AMRTDRCN5A, AMRTDRCQ5A, AND AMRTDRCZ5A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (“AMRT”) dated 23rd May 2025,
related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend
In accordance to the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrant AMRTDRCN5A, AMRTDRCQ5A,
and AMRTDRCZ5A as stated in the Term Sheet and Part 3 of the Prospectus of Structured Warrant,
no adjustment will be made to structured warrant AMRTDRCN5A, AMRTDRCQ5A, and AMRTDRCZ5A
pursuant to the Cash Dividend.
For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Base Prospectus and the terms and conditions
therein shall prevail.
