SCHEDULE AND PROCEDURES OF
CASH DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION
PT BENTENG API TECHNIC TBK

In accordance with the result of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Benteng Api Technic
Tbk (the “Company") which was held on Wednesday, 28 May 2025, it was agreed that the Company will
distribute cash dividend with a total cash dividend value of IDR 4.235.000.000 (four billion two hundred
thirty-five million Rupiah). Based on the list of shareholders dated June 2, 2025 issued by the Securities
Administration Bureau of PT Sinartama Gunita, the number of outstanding shares is 3,025,035,287 shares
minus treasury shares from the buyback of 24,434,900 shares so that the total indication of outstanding
shares entitled to receive stock dividends is 3,000,600,387 shares, while the indication of dividends per
share is Rp 1.41 (one point four one Rupiah) per share.

The amount of dividends per share may change until the recording date, namely June 13, 2025, following
changes in the composition of outstanding shares due to the Company's share buyback program and
redemption of series | warrants.

The payment of cash dividend will be conducted with the following schedule and procedures:

1. Schedule of Cash Dividend Payment:

(i) Cum Dividend in the Regular and Negotiation Market : June 11, 2025
(ii) Ex Dividend in the Regular and Negotiation Market : June 12, 2025
iti) Cum Dividend in Cash Market 1 June 13, 2025
(iv) Ex Dividend in Cash Market 1 June 16, 2025
(v) Recording Date for Shareholders entitled to Cash Dividends : June 13, 2025
(vi) Cash dividend Payment 1 June 25, 2025

2. Procedures on Cash Dividend Distribution:

Ci) Payment Mechanism:

- For shareholders whose shares have been registered in the Collective Custody
of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (“KSEI”), cash dividend will be received through
Account Holders at KSEI.

- For shareholders whose shares are still in script, cash dividend will be wired to the
shareholders' bank accounts. The transfer application letter which stated bank account
number and a copy of the identity of the shareholder must be submitted to the Securities
Administration Bureau PT Sinartama Gunita, address in Menara Tekno Lt.7, Jl. H.
Fachrudin No.19, Kebun Sirih, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta (“BAE”) no later than June 13,
2025.

(ii) — The dividend to be paid shall be subject to tax in accordance with the applicable tax regulations
in Indonesia.

iii) — Shareholders who are Domestic Taxpayers, both individuals and entities, whose shares have
been registered in KSEI's Collective Custody are reguired to comply with the provisions
stipulated by KSEI.

(iv)  Shareholders who are Foreign Taxpayers from countries that having Double Taxation Avoidance
Agreement (“Tax Treaty”) with Indonesia and who are willing to use the tax deduction according
to the provisions of Tax Treaty shall provide document as specified in prevailing taxation
regulations in Indonesia (the “Tax Status Documents”).

The reguirements on the submission of Tax Status Documents are as follows: L
