PENGUMUMAN

Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk (“CPIN”) pada tanggal 22
Mei 2025 tentang Aksi Korporasi – Dividen Tunai disampaikan bahwa sesuai hasil Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Tahunan CPIN pada tanggal 21 Mei 2025, CPIN menyampaikan rencana

OF STRUCTURED WARRANT CPINDRCN5A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk (“CPIN”) dated 22nd May
2025, related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend it was conveyed that the Annual General Meeting
of Shareholders of CPIN dated 21st May 2025, has resolved, CPIN had a plan for the distribution of
dividends for the fiscal year 2024, which will be paid as follows:
