Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. PT Mulia Pacific Resources (MPR) merupakan salah satu
entitas anak Perseroan
2. PT Symbior Cahaya Indonesia (SCI), suatu perusahaan
yang didirikan di Indonesia, bergerak dalam bidang
pengembangan proyek energi terbarukan
3. Kepemilikan saham Perseroan di MPR adalah sebesar
99,99%.
4. Pada tanggal 28 Mei 2025, MPR dan SCI menandatangani
perjanjian sewa fasilitas Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya
(PLTS) dengan kapasitas sebesar 1.15 MWp yang akan
dibangun oleh SCI di area operasi MPR yang terletak di desa
Ganda-ganda, Petasia, Kabupaten Morowali Utara, Sulawesi
Tengah.
5. Perseroan telah menandatangani jaminan korporat terhadap
kewajiban dan pelaksanaan tanggung jawab MPR
sehubungan dengan perjanjian sewa PLTS dengan SCI.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan

Description of Material Information or 1. PT Mulia Pacific Resources (MPR) is one of the Company's

2. PT Symbior Cahaya Indonesia (SCI), a company
established in Indonesia, is engaged in the development of
renewable energy projects.
3 The Company's share ownership in MPR is 99.99%.
4 On May 28, 2025, MPR and SCI signed a lease agreement
for a Solar Power Plant (PLTS) facility with a capacity of 1.15
MWp to be built by SCI in MPR's operational area located in
Ganda-ganda village, Petasia, North Morowali Regency,
Central Sulawesi.
5 The Company has signed a corporate guarantee for MPR's
obligations and performance of responsibilities in connection
with the PLTS lease agreement with SCI.
