bahwa mengacu kepada Surat Keputusan
Komisaris tertanggal 30 Mei 2025, Dewan
Komisaris telah memberikan persetujuan
susunan Komite Nominasi dan Remunerasi
Perseroan, yang berlaku efektif tanggal 01 Juni
2025 sampai dengan tanggal 31 Desember 2028,
tanpa mengesampingkan hak Dewan Komisaris
untuk melakukan pengakhiran lebih awal atas
penunjukkan, dengan komposisi sebagai

Nomination and Remuneration Committee of
the Issuer or Public Company ("POJK No.
34/2014"), hereby the Company wishes to
convey that it refers to the Commissioner Decree
dated May 30", 2025, the Board of
Commissioners has given approval to
composition of the Company's Nomination and
Remuneration Committee, effectiveas of June
1 2025 until December 315, 2028, without
prejudice to the Board of Commissioners' right to
terminate the appointment early follows:
