2025 sampai dengan tanggal 31 Desember 2025,
tanpa mengesampingkan hak Dewan Komisaris
untuk melakukan pengakhiran lebih awal atas

Commissioners has given approval to
composition of the Company's Audit Committee,
effectiveas of June 1"', 2025 until December 31",
2025, without prejudice to the Board of
Commissioners' right to terminate the
