Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah memutuskan untuk menonaktifkan kegiatan
operasional anak perusahaan, yaitu:
- Nama Anak Perusahaan : PT. Mitrelindo Global
- Bidang Usaha : 1. Pedagang Eceran Pakaian
2. Industri Alas Kaki untuk keperluan sehari
hari
3. Industri Pakaian Jadi (Konveksi) Dari
Tekstil
- Persentasi kepemilikan saham : 99,99%
- Dasar Keputusan : Keputusan Direksi Perseroan
berdasarkan kajian internal mengenai efisiensi struktur
grup usaha dan kontribusi anak
perusahaan terhadap kinerja konsolidasi.
Penonaktifan anak usaha ini dilatarbelakangi oleh
pertimbangan persamaan kegiatan usaha
dengan induk Perusahaan yaitu perdagangan eceran pakaian
jadi dan alas kaki dan alasan efisiensi
operasional sehingga tujuan strategi restrukturisasi
perusahaan adalah untuk meningkatkan
efektivitas dan profitabilitas Perseroan, sehingga kegiatan
operasional anak perusahaan menjadi
tidak lagi strategis untuk dilanjutkan secara terpisah.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penonaktifan operasi PT Mitrelindo Global tidak menimbulkan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dampak material terhadap
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kegiatan operasional, aspek hukum, maupun kondisi
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau keuangan Perseroan secara konsolidasi.
Perusahaan Publik Perseroan tetap menjalankan kegiatan usaha utamanya
sebagaimana mestinya dan tetap
menjaga kesinambungan usahanya.

Description of Material Information or The Company has decided to deactivate the operational

The deactivation of this subsidiary is motivated by
considerations of similar business activities with the parent
Company, namely retail trade in ready-to-wear clothing and
footwear and reasons for operational efficiency so that the
objective of the company's restructuring strategy is to increase
the effectiveness and profitability of the Company, so that the
subsidiary's operational activities are no longer strategic to be
continued separately.
