Hal ini terutama disebabkan oleh kenaikan pinjaman berbunga (utang bank) sebesar 27,345 menjadi AS$362,1 juta (dari sebelumnya senilai AS$284,4 juta) yang digunakan untuk mengakuisisi 266.563.184 saham atau mewakili 10096 kepemilikan saham pada Sembcorp Environment Pte. Ltd., perusahaan yang berdomisili di Singapura dan bergerak di bidang penanganan dan pembuangan limbah, dari pihak ketiga, Sembcorp Industries Ltd. www.tbsenergi.com liabilities as of December 31, 2024. This increase was primarily driven by a 27.3Y6 increase in interest-bearing debts (bank loans) to US$362.1 million (from US$284.4 million previously), which was used to acguire 266,563,184 shares or represents 100”4 eguity ownership in Sembcorp Environment Pte. Ltd., a Company domiciled in Singapore and engaged in treatment and disposal of waste, from a third party, Sembcorp Industries Ltd.
