Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan pelaporan berdasarkan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.42/POJK.04/2020 (
POJK 42/2020 ) tentang Transaksi Afiliasi dan Transaksi Benturan Kepentingan, bersama ini kami menyampaikan
laporan transaksi afiliasi sebagai berikut: Obyek Transaksi Pada tanggal 27 Mei 2025 , PT Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk (
Perseroan ) dengan PT Ekosistem Kreatif Indonesia telah menandatangani Working Order dengan No. WO/005/CLB-
ALLO/25 atas kerja sama Kegiatan marketing campaign dan branding pada kegiatan sponsorship Allo Bank Festival
2025: Festival Musik Paling Pas,Gak Bakal Rugi. Nilai Transaksi Nilai transaksi atas kerja sama penyelenggaraan acara
tersebut sebesar Rp 3.885.211.712 (tiga miliar delapan ratus delapan puluh lima juta dua ratus sebelas ribu tujuh ratus
dua belas rupiah) sudah termasuk PPN. Dengan memperhatikan modal disetor Perseroan per tanggal 31 Desember
2024 yang tercatat sebesar Rp 2.173.025.644.200,00 (dua triliun seratus tujuh puluh tiga milyar dua puluh lima juta
enam ratus empat puluh empat ribu dua ratus rupiah), maka total estimasi transaksi sebesar Rp 3.885.211.712,00 tidak
melebihi 0.5% (nol koma lima persen) dari modal disetor Perseroan atau tidak melebihi jumlah Rp 5.000.000.000,00
(lima miliar rupiah). Dengan demikian Perseroan hanya wajib melaporkan kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan paling lambat
akhir hari kerja ke-2 (kedua) setelah terjadinya transaksi. Pihak yang melakukan Transaksi dengan Perseroan PT

adalah suatu perseroan terbatas yang berkedudukan di Jakarta Selatan. Didirikan berdasarkan Akte Pendirian No. 22
tanggal 29 April 2021 yang dibuat di hadapan Dedy Syamri, S.H. Notaris di Jakarta dan telah mengalami perubahan dan
terakhir diubah berdasarkan Akta No. 03 tanggal 17 Januari 2022 yang dibuat di hadapan Dharma Akhyuzi, S.H.,
Notaris di Jakarta, dengan susunan Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi PT Ekosistem Kreatif Indonesia adalah sebagai
berikut: Dewan Komisaris Komisaris : Nur Wahyuni Sulistiowati Direksi Direktur : Putri Indahsari Sifat Hubungan Afiliasi
dengan Perseroan Transaksi antara Perseroan dengan PT Ekosistem Kreatif Indonesia dikategorikan sebagai transaksi
afiliasi sebagaimana dimaksud dalam POJK 42/2020, karena Perseroan dan PT Ekosistem Kreatif Indonesia
dikendalikan secara langsung oleh pihak yang sama yaitu PT CT Corpora. Alasan dan Latar Belakang Sebagai bagian
dari Group PT CT Corpora, Perseroan melihat bahwa sinergi dan efisiensi dapat lebih ditingkatkan dalam pelayanan
terpadu dalam satu atap, hal ini tentunya dapat lebih meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap nasabah, selain itu upaya
tersebut diharapkan akan memberikan manfaat dari sisi finansial terhadap Perseroan. Untuk transaksi yang sama
apabila dilakukan dengan pihak yang tidak terafiliasi tidak akan menghasilkan manfaat yang sama bilamana transaksi
dilakukan dengan pihak terafiliasi mengingat adanya faktor sinergi dan sisi finansial sehingga dapat tercapai
peningkatan pelayanan nasabah sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Kami menyatakan bahwa semua informasi material
telah diungkapkan dan informasi tersebut tidak menyesatkan. Demikian laporan ini disampaikan dalam rangka
memenuhi ketentuan POJK No. 42/2020 tentang Transaksi Afiliasi dan Transaksi Benturan Kepentingan. Atas perhatian

In order to comply with the reporting requirements under the Financial Services Authority Regulation No.
42/POJK.04/2020 ("POJK 42/2020") concerning Affiliated Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions, we hereby
submit a report on the affiliated transaction as follows: Object of Transaction On May 27, 2025, PT Allo Bank Indonesia
Tbk ("the Company") and PT Ekosistem Kreatif Indonesia signed a Working Order No. WO/005/CLB-ALLO/25 regarding
a cooperation for marketing campaign and branding activities at the Allo Bank Festival 2025: The Most Fitting Music
Festival, You Won't Lose Out. Transaction Value The transaction value for the event organization cooperation is Rp
3,885,211,712 (three billion eight hundred eighty five million two hundred eleven thousand seven hundred and twelve
rupiah), including VAT. Considering the Company's paid-up capital as of December 31, 2024, which was recorded at
Rp2,173,025,644,200.00 (two trillion one hundred seventy-three billion twenty-five million six hundred forty-four
thousand two hundred Rupiah), the total estimated transaction of Rp 3,885,211,712.00 does not exceed 0.5% (zero
point five percent) of the Company's paid-up capital or does not exceed the amount of Rp 5,000,000,000.00 (five billion
Rupiah). Thus, the Company is only required to report to the Financial Services Authority no later than the end of the
2nd (second) working day after the transaction occurred. Party Conducting the Transaction with the Company PT

Indonesia is a limited liability company domiciled in South Jakarta. It was established based on the Deed of
Establishment No. 22 dated April 29, 2021, made before Dedy Syamri, S.H., Notary in Jakarta, and has undergone
changes, most recently based on Deed No. 03 dated January 17, 2022, made before Dharma Akhyuzi, S.H., Notary in
Jakarta, with the composition of the Board of Commissioners and Directors of PT Ekosistem Kreatif Indonesia as
follows: Board of Commissioners Commissioner: Nur Wahyuni Sulistiowati Board of Directors Director: Putri Indahsari
Nature of Affiliation with the Company The transaction between the Company and PT Ekosistem Kreatif Indonesia is
categorized as an affiliated transaction as referred to in POJK 42/2020, because the Company and PT Ekosistem Kreatif
Indonesia are directly controlled by the same party, namely PT CT Corpora. Reasons and Background As part of the PT
CT Corpora Group, the Company sees that synergy and efficiency can be further enhanced through integrated services
under one roof. This will certainly further improve services to customers, and this effort is also expected to provide
financial benefits to the Company. The same transaction, if carried out with a non-affiliated party, would not yield the
same benefits as when carried out with an affiliated party, considering the synergy factor and financial aspects, thus
achieving the expected improvement in customer service. We declare that all material information has been disclosed
and that the information is not misleading. Thus, this report is submitted in order to comply with the provisions of POJK
No. 42/2020 concerning Affiliated Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions. Thank you for your attention and
