Maksud dan tujuan dari pendirian DAID adalah untuk menunjang strategi jangka panjang Perseroan di bidang lingkungan, sosial, dan tata kelola atau ESG. Kegiatan usaha dari DAID sendiri adalah melakukan pembenihan, pengolahan dan penjualan rumput laut di wilayah Republik Indonesia. PT Katalis Investama Mandiri (“KIM”), a subsidiary whose 99.609 of its shares are owned by the Company, has established, a new subsidiary namely PT Daur Algae Indonesia (“DAID”) as stated in the Deed of Establishment of Limited Liability Company Number 51 dated May 22, 2025 made before Ungke Mulawanti S.H., M.Kn., Notary in East Jakarta and has been approved by the Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia through his decree letter number AHU-0042675.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2025 dated May 27, 2025. DAID's line of business itself is conducting hatchery, processing and distribution of seaweed in Republic of Indonesia. The purpose and objective of establishing DAID is to support the Company's long-term strategy in environmental, social, and governance or ESG.
