Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa Perseroan yang diadakan pada 21 Mei 2026 telah menyetujui penarikan kembali sebagian saham hasil pembelian kembali saham Perseroan dalam kondisi pasar yang berfluktuasi secara signifikan periode 6 Desember 2021 sampai dengan 6 Desember 2022 sejumlah 84.529.400 (delapan puluh empat juta lima ratus dua puluh sembilan ribu empat ratus) saham, masing-masing saham bernilai nominal Rp500 (lima ratus Rupiah), sebagai pengurangan modal ditempatkan dan disetor. Sampai saat laporan ini disampaikan, Perseroan masih dalam periode 60 hari waktu pengajuan keberatan kreditur, sesuai Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas, yang sedianya akan selesai pada 22 Juli 2026, yang akan dilanjutkan dengan penerbitan Surat Keputusan Menteri Hukum Republik Indonesia. Perseroan akan melakukan tahapan yang harus dilakukan dalam penarikan saham dimaksud sesuai ketentuan peraturan yang berlaku. Jumlah saham hasil pembelian kembali saham periode 15 Mei sampai dengan 31 Desember 2024 adalah 81.099.500 saham, dan belum dialihkan. Jumlah saham hasil pembelian kembali saham periode 22 Mei 2025 sampai dengan 21 Mei 2026 adalah 66.249.700 saham, dan belum dialihkan. Demikian untuk diketahui. The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on 21 May 2026 approved the withdrawal of a portion of the shares acquired through the Company's share buyback program carried out during a period of significantly fluctuating market conditions from 6 December 2021 to 6 December 2022, totaling 84,529,400 (eighty-four million five hundred twenty-nine thousand four hundred) shares, each having a nominal value of Rp500 (five hundred Rupiah), as a reduction of the Company's issued and paid-up capital. As of the date of this report, the Company is still within the 60-day creditor objection period as stipulated under the Indonesian Company Law, which is expected to end on 22 July 2026. Upon completion of this period, the process will proceed with the issuance of a Decree of the Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia. The Company will undertake all required procedures for the withdrawal of such shares in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations. The total number of shares resulting from the Company's share buyback program conducted during the period from 15 May to 31 December 2024 amounted to 81,099,500 shares, none of which have been transferred. The total number of shares resulting from the Company's share buyback program conducted during the period from 22 May 2025 to 21 May 2026 amounted to 66,249,700 shares, none of which have been transferred.
