Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa sesuai dengan hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
Luar Biasa Perseroan tanggal 8 Mei 2025, telah mengambil
keputusan sebagai berikut:
1. Menyetujui untuk mengubah beberapa ketentuan
dalam Pasal 15 ayat (3) tentang Tugas dan Wewenang Direksi
dan Pasal 21 ayat (8) tentang Rencana Kerja, Tahunan Buku
dan Laporan Tahunan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan.
2. Memberikan kuasa dan wewenang kepada Direksi
Perseroan dengan hak substitusi untuk menyatakan dan/atau
menyusun kembali dalam suatu akta Notaris (termasuk
mengadakan perubahan dan/atau tambahan) sehubungan
dengan perubahan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan tersebut,
menyampaikan permohonan persetujuan dan/atau
pemberitahuan kepada instansi yang berwenang, dan
karenanya berhak pula untuk menandatangani surat-surat dan
dokumen-dokumen permohonan lainnya, singkatnya
melakukan segala tindakan yang diperlukan sesuai dengan
ketentuan Anggaran Dasar dan peraturan perundang-
undangan yang berlaku.
Perubahan Anggaran Dasar tersebut telah dilaporkan kepada
Kementerian Hukum Republik Indonesia pada tanggal 26 Mei
2025 dengan surat penerimaan pemberitahuan perubahan
Anggaran Dasar Nomor AHU-AH.01.03-0142973 tanggal 26
Mei 2025.

Submission of Report on the Amendment to the Articles of
Type of Material Information or Facts Association of PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (Company)
Description of Material Information or In accordance with the results of the Company Extraordinary
Facts General Meeting of Shareholders on May 8, 2025, the
following decisions have been made:
1. To approve the amendment several provisions in
Article 15 paragraph (3) concerning the Duties and Authorities
of the Board of Directors and Article 21 paragraph (8)
concerning the Work Plan, Annual Book and Annual Report of
the Company Articles of Association.
2. To authorize and grant power to the Company Board
of Directors, with the right of substitution, to declare and/or
restate (including making amendments and/or additions) in a
Notarial Deed regarding the aforementioned amendment to the
Articles of Association, to submit approval requests and/or
notifications to the relevant authorities, and for such purposes,
to sign all related letters and application documents - in short,
to undertake all necessary actions in accordance with the
Articles of Association and prevailing laws and regulations.
The amendment to the Articles of Association has been
reported to the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia on
May 26, 2025 with a letter of receipt of notification of the
amendment to the Articles of Association Number AHU-AH.
