In order to comply with the Regulation of the Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia
Number 14/Pojk.04/2022 concerning the Submission of Periodic Financial Statements of Issuers or Public
Companies and comply with the Regulation of the Indonesia Stock Exchange Number 1-E concerning the
Obligation to Submit Information and the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock
Exchange Number Kep-00066/BEI/09/2022 dated September 30, 2022 concerning Amendments to
Regulation Number 1-E concerning the Obligation to Submit Information in the provisions of Number
IW.1.1.6, we hereby submit the Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended
December 31, 2024, which have been audited by the Public Accounting Firm of Amir Abadi Jusuf, Aryanto,

In addition, we also attach the Management Statement Letter as stipulated in Bapepam-LK regulation
Number VIII.G.11. Regarding the Responsibility of the Board of Directors for the Financial Statements
