Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan mengumumkan investasi strategis dalam bentuk
pengadaan alat berat dari PT XCMG Group Indonesia senilai
Rp942.210.485.673 dan dukungan penyediaan untuk proyek-
proyek potensial Perseroan di kemudian hari.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Transaksi ini berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional dan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kondisi keuangan Perseroan. Dari sisi operasional, pengadaan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, unit alat berat baru akan meningkatkan kapasitas produksi
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau internal sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi pelaksanaan proyek.
Perusahaan Publik Dari sisi keuangan, investasi ini diharapkan akan
meningkatkan pendapatan, margin keuntungan dan
memperbaiki struktur biaya dalam jangka menengah hingga
panjang.
Tidak terdapat dampak terhadap aspek hukum dan
kelangsungan usaha.
