Melalui surat ini, kami atas nama Perseroan, menyampaikan informasi sebagaimana
disyaratkan dalam (i) Peraturan OJK No. 14/POJK.04/2019 tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan
OJK No. 32/POJK.04/2015 tentang Penambahan Modal Perusahaan Terbuka dengan
Memberikan Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu ("POJK 14/2019"), (ii) Peraturan I-A Surat
Keputusan Direksi BEI No. KEP-00101/BEI/12-2021 Tahun 2021 tentang Perubahan
Peraturan Nomor I-A tentang Pencatatan Saham dan Efek Bersifat Ekuitas Selain Saham yang
Diterbitkan oleh Perusahaan Tercatat (“Peraturan I-A”) dan (iii) Surat Edaran BEI No.
SE-00002/BEI/03-2020 tentang Tata Cara Pelaksanaan Program Kepemilikan Saham (“SE
02/2020”), sebagai berikut:
Through this letter, on behalf of the Company, we submit the information as required in (i)
OJK Regulation No. 14/POJK.04/2019 concerning Amendments to OJK Regulation No.
32/POJK.04/2015 concerning Increase in Capital of Public Companies by Granting
Pre-emptive Rights (“POJK 14/2019”), (ii) Regulation I-A Decree of the Board of Directors
of the IDX No. KEP-00101/IDX/12-2021 Year 2021 concerning Amendment to Rule Number
I-A concerning Listing of Shares and Equity Securities Other Than Shares Issued by Listed
Companies (“Rule I-A”) and (iii) IDX Circular Letter No. SE- 00002/BEI/03-2020

Pra-Pencatatan”)./
This disclosure is made in connection with
MESOP I, referring to the IDX Letter No.
S-07358/BEI.PP2/10-2021 dated October 8,
2021, concerning the Approval for the Listing
of Securities in the Context of MESOP I, as
previously announced by the IDX through
Exchange Announcement No.
Peng-P-01603/BEI.PP2/10-2021 on the
website www.idx.co.id (“Pre- Listing
Approval”).
Hasil MESOP I Tahun 2025 dengan periode
pelaksanaan terhitung sejak tanggal 1 April
2025 sampai dengan tanggal 23 Mei 2025
(“Periode Pelaksanaan”) adalah sebagai
berikut:/
The results of MESOP I for the year 2025,
with the exercise period commencing on April
1, 2025 and ending on May 23, 2025 (the
“Exercise Period”), are as follows:
a. Jumlah opsi yang telah dilaksanakan
sebanyak 17.744.700 saham. Total
persentase dilusi saham dari seluruh
pemegang saham Perseroan setelah
pelaksanaan MESOP adalah sebesar
0,0172%./ A total of 17,744,700 share
options have been exercised. The total
shareholding dilution percentage for all
shareholders of the Company following
the implementation of the MESOP is
0.0172%.
b. Jumlah opsi yang belum dilaksanakan dan
masih berlaku sebanyak-banyaknya
5.000.728.337 saham. / The maximum
number of outstanding and still valid
options that have not yet been exercised is
5,000,728,337 shares.

c. Jumlah opsi yang belum dilaksanakan dan
habis masa berlakunya sebanyak nihil./
The number of options that have not been
exercised and have expired is nil.
Pelaksanaan MESOP I Perseroan akan
dilaksanakan sesuai dengan tanggal vesting
yang disepakati antara peserta dan
Perseroan./
The implementation of the Company’s MESOP
I shall be carried out in accordance with the
vesting dates agreed upon between the
participants and the Company.
