Jalur Sutera Barat Kav. 7 - 9, Alam Sutera, Tangerang 15143, pada hari Kamis, tanggal 22 Mei 2025, yang dihadiri oleh pemegang saham yang bersama-sama mewakili 29.765.408.318 (dua puluh sembilan miliar tujuh ratus enam puluh lima juta empat ratus delapan ribu tiga ratus delapan belas) saham atau 89,024 (delapan puluh sembilan koma nol dua persen) dari 33.435.294.800 (tiga puluh tiga miliar empat ratus tiga puluh lima juta dua ratus sembilan puluh empat ribu delapan ratus) saham yang telah dikeluarkan Perseroan dan telah mengambil keputusan yang sah. Risalah RUPST tersebut dibuat oleh Ibu Sriwi Bawana Nawaksari, S.H., M.Kn, Notaris di Tangerang, sebagaimana termaktub dalam akta nomor 27 tanggal 22 Mei 2025, yang pada saat ini masih dalam proses penyelesaian oleh Notaris tersebut (Surat Keterangan Notaris Tertampir). Jalur Sutera Barat Kav. 7 - 9, Alam Sutera, Tangerang 15143, on Thursday, May 22, 2025. The meeting was attended by shareholders representing a total of 29,765,408,318 (Twenty-nine billion seven hundred sixty-five million four hundred eight thousand three hundred eighteen) shares or 89.024 leighty-nine point zero two percent) of the 33,435,294,800 (Thirty-three billion four hundred thirty-five million two hundred ninety-four thousand eight hundred) shares issued by the Company, and valid resolutions were made. The minutes of the AGMS were drawn up by Mrs. Sriwi Bawana Nawaksari, S.H., M.Kn, Notary in Tangerang, as stated in deed number 27 dated May 22, 2025, which is currently still being finalized by the said Notary (Notary Statement attached). ra www.alfamidiku.
