Press Release
Elnusa Participates in IPA Convex 2025, Reinforces Strategic
Role in Energy Transition Through Integrated CCUS Solutions
Jakarta, 23 May 2025 – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA) reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Indonesia’s national energy transition
by showcasing its portfolio of energy service solutions at the 2025 IPA Convention and Exhibition (IPA Convex). In this exhibition, Elnusa
joined the booth of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi as part of Pertamina's Subholding Upstream, representing a strategic collaboration and
synergy in presenting a suite of integrated energy service solutions.

As part of this internationally scaled energy forum, Elnusa introduced innovations in Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS)
technology as a strategic approach to addressing decarbonization challenges and strengthening national energy resilience.

Elnusa presented an end-to-end integrated CCUS solution encompassing the full operational cycle, from emission-capture & liquefaction,
interim storage, transportation, injection & storage, to carbon utilization. This visualization demonstrates Elnusa’s readiness to deliver
practical and high-impact low-carbon energy services.

Highlighting strong synergy across its group entities, Elnusa, in collaboration with its subsidiaries PT Elnusa Trans Samudera (ETSA), PT
Elnusa Petrofin (EPN), PT Sigma Cipta Utama (SCU), and PT Elnusa Fabrikasi Konstruksi (EFK), offers a comprehensive business model to
support CCUS initiatives in Indonesia.

In the capture phase, Elnusa is equipped with key competencies in Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Installation (EPCI), Operation
& Maintenance, and Turn Around Services. The company also adopts and develops post-combustion technologies such as absorption amine
and membrane for carbon capture.

In the transportation stage, Elnusa has EPCI capabilities for both onshore and subsea pipelines. ETSA supports CO₂ marine transportation,
while EPN is responsible for CO₂ land transportation. EFK strengthens infrastructure with steel structure fabrication and anti-corrosion
tubular products. Meanwhile, SCU serves as the backbone for physical and electronic data management in the CCUS system.

Regarding carbon storage and utilization, Elnusa offers geoscience, drilling & well services, and Monitoring, Measurement & Verification
(MMV) solutions. Out of the 25 MMV methods listed in the CCS MMV Handbook by Lemigas, Elnusa has experience in at least nine methods
including 2D and 3D seismic, Vertical Seismic Profiling (VSP), Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Land Electromagnetic, Gravimetry, Crosswell
Seismic, Casing Inspection Logs, and Cement Bond Logging (CBL) with CO Log combination.

From September 2024 to January 2025, Elnusa Wireline Services participated in the Inter-well CO₂ Injection Project at the Sukowati Field,
utilizing the latest CO Log technology to measure baseline oil saturation before CO₂ injection and to monitor remaining oil saturation in
target zones post-injection. The CO-Log output effectively verified the success criteria of the project by demonstrating oil saturation
reduction at the injector well.

Elnusa’s Director of Business Development, Arief Prasetyo Handoyo, stated, “Our participation in IPA Convex 2025 is a significant moment
to demonstrate Elnusa’s tangible contribution in supporting the government’s national decarbonization targets. We have a proven track
record in CCUS implementation, including the CO₂ Huff-n-Puff simulation at Jatibarang Field in 2019 and CO₂ Injection at Sukowati Field in
2024, covering logging services, H₂S handling, and geoscience-based engineering,” said Arief.

This participation further underlines Elnusa’s commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. The CCUS service
development initiative not only expands Elnusa’s business portfolio but also lays the foundation for creating long-term value for
stakeholders and the environment. With a spirit of innovation and cross-entity collaboration, Elnusa is optimistic about becoming a catalyst
for transformation in Indonesia’s energy sector—efficient, adaptive, and globally competitive.
