Berdasarkan POJK No.: 33/POJK.04/2014 Tentang Direksi
dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik, dan
juga Anggaran Dasar Perseroan, maka Perseroan akan
melaksanakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham untuk
pengunduran diri tersebut, yang tata cara nya pelaksanaanya
akan mengikuti peraturan yang berlaku.
The Company hereby conveys that the Company has received
a Letter of Resignation from Mr. Henri Martha as
Independent Commissioner effective May 21, 2025.
Based on POJK No.: 33/POJK.04/2014 Concerning the
Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or
Public Companies, and also the Company's Articles of
Association, the Company will hold a General Meeting of
Shareholders for the resignation, the procedures for which
will follow the applicable regulations.
