This Rectification is a correction to some of the information contained in the Information Disclosure to
Shareholders of the Company which was announced by the Company through the website of PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia and the Company's website on May 21, 2025 (“Information Disclosure to Shareholders dated
May 21, 2025”), and therefore: (i) this Rectification is an integral and inseparable part of the Information
Disclosure to Shareholders dated May 21, 2025, and (ii) any capitalized terms used herein shall have the same
meanings as defined in the Information Disclosure to Shareholders dated May 21, 2025.
In accordance with the direction from PT Bursa Efek Indonesia conveyed to the Company on May 21, 2025,
herewith please allow us to submit a rectification to the PMTHMETD implementation schedule which was
previously announced to the public on May 21, 2025, with the following details:

The Company hereby confirms that all information contained in the Information Disclosure to Shareholders
dated May 21, 2025, to the extent not rectified based on this Rectification, remains valid and together with
this Rectification constitutes an announcement regarding the implementation of PMTHMETD to the public
in order to comply with the provision of Article 43A of the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number
14/POJK.04/2019 concerning Amendments to the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number
32/POJK.04/2015 concerning Capital Increase With Pre-Emptive Rights on Public Companies.
This Rectification to the Information Disclosure to Shareholders dated May 21, 2025 is made to be
announced to the public through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and the Company's website.
