Pada tanggal 22 Mei 2025, Perseroan telah menyelenggarakan
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan yang pada salah satu
mata acara dibahas tentang pengangkatan kembali/perubahan
susunan Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi Perseroan sehubungan
dengan berakhirnya masa jabatan Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi
serta pengunduran diri Bapak Tene Michael Alexander selaku
Direktur Perseroan./On May 22, 2025, the Company held an
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which, among other
agenda, discussed reappointment/change of the composition of
the Board of Commissioners and Directors of the Company's in
Connection with the expiration of the term of office of the Board
of Commissioners and Directors and the resignation of Mr. Tene
Michael Alexander as Director of the Company.

Adapun atas hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan
tersebut maka terhitung sejak Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
Tahunan untuk tahun buku 2024 ditutup sampai dengan
ditutupnya Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan untuk tahun
buku 2029 yang akan diselenggarakan pada Tahun 2030, susunan
Pengurus Perseroan adalah sebagai berikut:/
