Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 21 Mei 2025, tiga pihak yaitu PT Sustainable
Energy Development Trading (SEDT), PT Green City Traffic
(ECGO), dan PT Evmoto Teknologi Indonesia (EVMOTO)
menandatangani perjanjian kerja sama tripartit.
Dalam penandatangan perjanjian kerja sama tersebut SEDT
selaku pihak pembeli, ECGO sebagai penjual dan EVMOTO
sebagai operator.
1. Uraian Singkat Kerja Sama
SEDT anak Perusahaan PT Green Power Group (LABA), telah
menandatangani perjanjian kerja sama dengan ECGO dan
EVMOTO. Lingkup kerja sama meliputi:
a) SEDT akan melakukan pembelian 10.000 unit
sepeda motor listrik tipe ECGO3 secara bertahap dari ECGO.
b) EVMOTO akan mengelola operasional kendaraan,
termasuk perekrutan mitra ojek online dan pembagian hasil
kepada SEDT.
c) Skema pengembalian melibatkan pembayaran harian
dari EVMOTO sebesar Rp40.000 per unit selama dua tahun.
Oleh karena itu akan menghasilkan gross profit IDR
29.200.000 per unit.
2. Pertimbangan dan Dampak terhadap Kegiatan
Operasional, Keuangan, atau Kelangsungan Usaha
Transaksi ini merupakan bagian dari strategi ekspansi
Perseroan dalam mendorong percepatan adopsi kendaraan
listrik dan pengembangan ekosistem transportasi ramah
lingkungan. Kerja sama ini diharapkan berdampak positif
terhadap pendapatan berulang dan efisiensi pemanfaatan aset
secara jangka panjang.
Inisiatif ini sejalan dengan misi Perseroan dalam mendorong
mobilitas berkelanjutan dan mendukung pemberdayaan
ekonomi melalui teknologi ramah lingkungan.
3. Keterangan Tambahan
Proyek akan mulai dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2025, dengan
tahap pertama sebanyak 1.500 (seribu lima ratus) unit
kendaraan dan secara keseluruhan akan mulai beroperasi
pada tanggal 20 Juni 2025.

Description of Material Information or On May 21, 2025, three parties - PT Sustainable Energy
Facts Development Trading (SEDT), PT Green City Traffic (ECGO),
and PT Evmoto Teknologi Indonesia (EVMOTO) - signed a
tripartite cooperation agreement.
Under the terms of the agreement, SEDT acts as the buyer,
ECGO as the seller, and EVMOTO as the operator.
1. Summary of the Cooperation
SEDT, a subsidiary of PT Green Power Group (LABA), has
entered into a tripartite cooperation agreement with ECGO and
EVMOTO. The scope of the cooperation includes:
A. Vehicle Purchase: SEDT will purchase a total of
10,000 units of ECGO3 electric motorcycles in stages from
ECGO.
B. Operational Management: EVMOTO will manage the
operational aspects of the vehicles, including recruitment of
online motorcycle taxi partners and revenue sharing with
SEDT
C. Repayment Scheme: EVMOTO will make daily
payments of IDR 40,000 per unit over a two-year period,
generating a gross profit of IDR 29,200,000 per unit.
2. Considerations and Impact on Business Operations,
Financials, or Business Continuity
This transaction is part of Companys expansion strategy to
accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles and the
development of a sustainable transportation ecosystem. The
cooperation is expected to have a positive impact on recurring
revenue and long-term asset utilization efficiency.
This initiative is aligned with the Companys mission to promote
sustainable mobility and support economic empowerment
through environmentally friendly technology.
3. Additional Information
The project is scheduled to commence in May 2025, with the
first phase involving 1,500 units. Full operations are expected
to begin on June 20, 2025.
