PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, domiciled in Central Jakarta, in this case acting as
Trustee of Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan I Mandala Multifinance Phase II Year 2022
(‘Sukuk’) based on the Deed of Trustee Agreement of Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan I
Mandala Multifinance Phase II Year 2022 No. 52 dated 17 June 2022 made before Fatiah
Helmi, S.H.., Notary in Jakarta, between PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. and PT
Mandala Multifinance Tbk. (‘Trustee Agreement’), hereby announces to the Sukuk holders in
connection with the plan to hold a General Meeting of Sukuk Holders (‘GMSu’), which will be
held on Thursday 19 June 2025.
In accordance with the Regulation of the Financial Services Authority of the Republic of
Indonesia Number 20/POJK.04/2020 dated 23 April 2020 regarding Trustee Contracts for Debt
Securities and/or Sukuk and Trustee Agreement, the invitation for the GMSu through at least
1 (one) daily newspaper in Indonesian language with national circulation will be made no later
than Thursday, 5 June 2025.
