I. INTRODUCTION
In connection with the compliance with Regulation Number I-E regarding the obligation to disclose
information related to the adjustment of the trading schedule for Series I Warrants of PT Benteng Api
Technic Tbk in accordance with the 2025 stock exchange holiday calendar, and Regulation II-A
regarding the trading of equity securities concerning changes in exchange transaction settlement.
In connection of June 6, 2025, coinciding with the Islamic holiday of Eid al-Adha 1446 Hijri, and June
9, 2025, coinciding with the joint holiday for Eid al-Adha 1446 Hijri, it is necessary to inform the holders
of Series I Warrants of PT Benteng Api Technic Tbk (Series I Warrants) about the changes in the trading
schedule and the final exercise period for the redemption of the Series I Warrants.
