      In accordance with:
      1. Provision III.1.4 of Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation No. I-L pertaining to the Suspension of
         Securities,
      2. PT Panca Global Kapital Tbk's Letter No. 031A/PGK-CS/VI/2026 dated 30 June 2026 regarding
         Information Disclosure Concerning Corporate Action - Rights Issue,
      and considering that the information disclosed by the Company remains inadequate, the Indonesia Stock
      Exchange (the Exchange), in order to maintain an orderly, fair, and efficient securities market, has
      decided to temporarily suspend the trading of PT Panca Global Kapital Tbk securities in all markets,
      effective from the Pre-Opening Trading Session on 7 July 2026, until further announcement by the
      Exchange.
      All interested parties are advised to continuously pay attention to the information disclosures submitted
      by the company.
      This announcement is issued for public information.
