Herein we inform that PT Indopoly Swakarsa Industry Tbk (“Company”) disclosed Material Facts or
Information as follows:

3. Description of Information or Material On May 21, 2025, the Company commissioned its
Fact latest production line, a BOPP/BOPE hybrid line,
located at the Company’s manufacturing facility in
Purwakarta.
The new BOPP/BOPE hybrid line has an installed
capacity of 25,000 tons/year, thus significantly
increasing the Company’s total consolidated
production capacity to 165,000 tons/year.
In addition to increasing the Company’s
production capacity, this latest production line can
produce BOPE film, which is a sustainable
structure film designed to reduce the number of
layers in packaging while preserving its protective
properties. This innovation enhances product
freshness by extending shelf life, reduces material
usage for a more eco-friendly solution, and
improves the visual appeal of packaged goods by
maintaining clarity and quality.
4. Impact of such event, information or The commissioning of the new hybrid
material fact to the operational activity, BOPP/BOPE line has no impact to the operational
legal status, financial condition or activity, legal status, financial condition or
business continuity of the Issuer or business continuity of the Company.
