(selanjutnya disebut “POJK 17/2020”), dengan
demikian tidak tunduk kepada POJK 17/2020.

The changes to the Article 3 paragraph 4 of the
Articles of Association of the Company related to the
Purpose and Objective as well as Business Activities to
be adjusted to the Indonesian Standard Classification
of Business Fields (KBLI) year 2025, which does not
change the business activity of the Company as
referred to in the provisions of the POJK Number
17/POIK.04/2020 dated 21 April 2020 concerning
Material Transactions and Changes To Business
Activities (hereinafter referred to as "POJK 17/2020"),
thus it is not a subject to POJK 17/2020.
