6. Letter from the Financial Services Authority No. S-248/PM.023/2025 dated May 16, 2025, regarding Amendments and/or
Additional Information on the Plan for Capital Increase Without Pre-emptive Rights of PT Wijaya Cahaya Timber Tbk;
We hereby inform you that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders,
which were originally scheduled to be held on Thurday, May 22, 2025, have been postponed until further notice.
