Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa pada tanggal 20 Mei 2025, Perseroan telah menerima
surat permohonan pengunduran diri anggota Direksi atas
nama Reinald Siswanto selaku Direksi Utama Perseroan.
Pengunduran diri Bapak Reinald Siswanto dari posisinya
selaku Direktur Utama Perseroan akan berlaku efektif sesuai
dengan keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS).
Berikutnya Bapak Reinald Siswanto akan memulai fase baru
dalam perjalanan karirnya untuk fokus pada minat lain di luar
Perseroan setelah bertumbuh bersama Perseroan selama ini.
Adapun untuk calon pengganti dari Bapak Reinald Siswanto,
tunduk pada proses nominasi, akan diajukan perubahan
komposisi Direksi pada Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
(RUPS) yang akan datang.
Perseroan berterima kasih atas kontribusi Bapak Reinald
Siswanto selama masa jabatannya bersama Perseroan,
semoga kesuksesan selalu menyertai di masa mendatang.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak yang merugikan secara signifikan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. Perseroan akan terus fokus
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau menjalankan transformasi menyeluruh dan sepenuhnya

Description of Material Information or That on May 20, 2025, the Company has received a letter of
Facts resignation from a member of the Board of Directors in the
name of Reinald Siswanto as the Company's President
Director.
Mr. Reinald Siswanto's resignation from his position as the
Company's President Director will be effective in accordance
with the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders
(GMS). Next, Mr. Reinald Siswanto will start a new phase in
his career journey to focus on other interests outside the
Company after growing with the Company so far.
As for the replacement candidate for Mr. Reinald Siswanto,
subject to the nomination process, changes to the composition
of the Board of Directors will be submitted at the upcoming
General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).
The Company is grateful for Mr. Reinald Siswanto's
contribution during his tenure with the Company, may success
always accompany him in the future.
