Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.
33/POJK.04/2014 tentang Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten atau
Perusahaan Terbuka dan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.
31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan atas Informasi atau Fakta Material
Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik, dengan ini Perseroan menyampaikan
bahwa pada tanggal 19 Mei 2025, Direksi Perseroan telah mendapatkan
pengunduran diri dari Direktur Perseroan Ibu Irene Hamidjaja.
Perseroan telah melakukan keterbukaan informasi di website Bursa Efek
Indonesia dan melampirkan surat pengunduran diri tersebut untuk
memperoleh persetujuan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham sesuai
dengan peraturan yang berlaku.
Informasi yang diungkapkan tidak memiliki dampak yang material terhadap
kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha
Perseroan.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION ON THE RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In order to comply with the provisions of Financial Services Authority
Regulation no. 33/POJK.04/2014 concerning Directors and Board of
Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies and Financial Services
Authority Regulation no. 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Material
Information or Facts by Issuers or Public Companies, the Company hereby
announces that on May 19, 2025, the Company's Directors have received
the resignation of the Company's Director Ms. Irene Hamidjaja
The Company has disclosed information on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
website and attached the resignation letter to obtain approval at the General
Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with applicable regulations.
The information disclosed does not have a material impact on the operational
activities, law, financial condition or business continuity of the Company.
