OF STRUCTURED WARRANT ASIIDRCQ5B
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Astra International Tbk (“ASII”) dated 8 May 2025, related
to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend it was conveyed that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
of ASII dated 8 May 2025, has resolved, ASII had a plan for the distribution of dividends for the fiscal
year 2024, which will be paid as follows:
