562/Pdt.G/2024/PN Jkt.Pst, yang di terbitkan pada Kamis, 24
April 2025 secara elektronik, yang Memutuskan :
A. Dalam Eksepsi : - Menyatakan Ekspesi Tergugat dikabulkan
B. Dalam Pokok Perkara :
- Menyatakan Gugatan Penggugat tidak dapat di terima (Niet
Ontvankelijke Verklaard).
- Menghukum Penggugat untuk membayar biaya Perkara
sebesar Rp. 466.000,-

A. In Exception: - Declares that the Defendant's Exception is
granted
B. In the Main Case:
- Declares that the Plaintiff's Lawsuit cannot be accepted (Niet
