Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Merujuk kepada Peraturan Ototritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor
31/POJK.04/2015 tanggal 16 Desember 2015, tentang
Keterbukaan atas Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten
atau Perusahaan Publik, dengan ini kami PT Puri Sentul
Permai Tbk bermaksud menyampaikan Laporan Informasi
atau Fakta Material sebagai berikut:
Bahwa pada hari ini tanggal 15 Mei 2025, perseroan
melakukan pembayaran Dividen Tunai atas Tahun Buku 2024
kepada Para Pemegang Saham
Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan serta dengan
mempertimbangkan antara lain kondisi keuangan dan rencana
bisnis ke depan, jumlah Dividen Tunai yang dibagikan kepada
pemegang saham secara keseluruhan adalah sebesar Rp
1.100.001.899,04,- (satu Miliar seratus juta seribu delapan
ratus sembilan puluh sembilan koma kosong empat rupiah)
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Berdasarkan uraian di atas, pelaksanaan pembagian Dividen
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Tunai atas Tahun Buku 2024, tidak akan memberikan dampak
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau keuangan, atau, kelangsungan usaha Perseroan

hereby intend to submit the following Material Information or
Facts Report:
On this day, May 15, 2025, the company will pay Cash
Dividends for the Financial Year 2024 to Shareholders.
Based on the calculations that have been carried out and
taking into account, among others, the financial condition and
future business plans, the amount of Cash Dividends
distributed to shareholders as a whole is Rp 1,100,001,899.04,
- (one billion one hundred million one thousand eight hundred
ninety-nine point-blank four rupiah)
