Sehubungan dengan surat S-04575/BEI.PP3/05-2025 yang kami terima pada tanggal 14 Mei
2025. Berikut adalah jawaban dari kami :

1. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
   mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur
   dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 Tentang Keterbukaan
   Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik?

   Jawaban: Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material lain pada
   tanggal 8 Mei 2025 yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek Perseroan atau keputusan investasi
   pemodal.

2. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
   mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur
   dalam Peraturan Nomor I-E: Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir point
   III.2.1 dan IV.2.1. Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-
   00015/BEI/01-2021?

   Jawaban: Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material lain pada
   tanggal 8 Mei 2025 yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek Perseroan atau keputusan investasi
   pemodal.

3. Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga
   efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada
   publik?

   Jawaban: Tidak ada fakta atau kejadian material yang belum diungkapkan ke publik sesuai
   dengan ketentuan/aturan sebagai Perusahaan publik.


4. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana
   diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan
   Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka?

   Jawaban: Perseroan telah menyampaikan semua laporan atas aktivitas dari pemegang
   saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor
   11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan
   Saham Perusahaan Terbuka

5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu
   dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham
   Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

   Jawaban: Perseroan akan melaksanakan RUPS Tahunan pada tanggal 10 Juni 2025.

6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.
   Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada
   pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut?

   Jawaban: Hingga saat ini, pemegang saham utama belum ada rencana terkait kepemilikan
   sahamnya di Perseroan.

In response of Letter No S-04575/BEI.PP3/05-2025 received on 14 May 2025, we convey the
following:

1. Is the Company aware of any information or material facts that could influence the value
   of company securities or investor investment decisions as regulated in Financial Services
   Authority Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of information or
   Material Facts by issuers or Public Companies?

     Answer : The Company did not know any information or materials facts on 8 May 2025
     that might affect the Company’s share value or Investor decision.

2.    Is the Company aware of any information or material facts that could influence the value
      of the company's securities or investor investment decisions as regulated in Regulation
      Number I-E: Obligation to submit information in the provisions of points III.2.1 and
      IV.2.1 Attachment to the Decision of the Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-
      00015/BEl/01-2021

     Answer : The Company did not know any information or materials facts on 8 May 2025
     that might affect the value of the Company or Investor decision.

3.    Information/facts/other important events that are material and could affect the price of the
      Company's securities and survival of the Company that have not been disclosed to the
      public.

      Answer : there is no information / fact/ other significant events that has not been
      disclosed to the public.

4.    Is the Company aware of any activities from certain shareholders as regulated in
      Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 concerning
      Ownership Reports or Any Changes in Ownership of Public Company Shares?

     Answer : The Company has submitted all reports on the activities of certain
     shareholders based on the financial services authority No.11 /pojk.04/ 2017 concerning
     Ownership Reports or Any Changes in Ownership of Public Company Shares.


5.    Does the Company have plans to take corporate action in the near future, including corporate
      plans that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (at least
      in the next 3 months)?

      Answer : The Company will held Annual General Shareholders Meeting on 10 June 2025.

6.    Plans of controllers and /or major shareholders related to their share ownership in the
      Company. In this case, please ask the Corporate Secretary to first ask the controller and/or
      main shareholder to answer the confirmation.


     Answer: Until today, major shareholders have no plans yet regarding their share ownership
     in the Company.
