 Elnusa and Keyfield Offshore Forge Strategic Partnership to
     Strengthen Indonesia’s Maritime Oil and Gas Fleet
Jakarta, 14 May 2025 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), through its subsidiary PT Elnusa Trans Samudera (ETSA), has signed a strategic Memorandum
of Understanding (MoU) with PT Keyfield Offshore, marking a concrete step to expand its business network while reinforcing its position
in Indonesia’s maritime oil and gas industry.

This partnership marks a pivotal milestone in ETSA’s transformation journey to deliver more reliable and competitive offshore logistics and
oil and gas support services. Under the MoU, both parties are committed to exploring mutually beneficial synergy opportunities to expand
their market reach, particularly in supporting operations within the national energy sector.

President Director of Elnusa, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, stated in his remarks, “The signing of this MoU is a strategic step and a significant
momentum in strengthening synergies in the marine and offshore services sector, particularly in supporting the increasingly complex and
challenging development of offshore operations. As part of Pertamina’s Subholding Upstream, PT Elnusa Tbk is strongly committed to
continuously enhancing its service capabilities, including through our subsidiary ETSA, which plays a vital role in supporting the national
maritime industry,” said Bachtiar.

The strategic partnership also includes the potential for technology transfer, human resource competency development, and market
expansion opportunities on an international scale. This initiative aligns with ETSA’s long-term vision to become a leading maritime service
provider capable of competing globally.
