Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan dengan ini memberitahukan bahwa terdapat
informasi atau fakta material sebagai berikut:
1. Bahwa pada tanggal 9 Mei 2025, Perseroan beserta
anak perusahaannya yaitu PT Sumber Aneka Gas (SAG),
telah menerima gugatan perdata yang diajukan oleh PT JGC
Indonesia (JIND) pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan.
2. Dalam gugatan JIND, Perseroan dan SAG diminta
untuk secara tanggung renteng membayar sebesar:
a. USD 1.597.963 (satu juta lima ratus sembilan puluh
tujuh sembilan ratus enam puluh tiga Dolar Amerika Serikat)
atas biaya yang timbul atas pelaksanaan pekerjaan awal
berdasarkan Letter of Intent tanggal 15 April 2021; dan
b. USD 3.679.947 (tiga juta enam ratus tujuh puluh
sembilan ribu sembilan ratus empat puluh tujuh Dolar Amerika
Serikat) sebagai ganti rugi atas pengakhiran proyek Mini LNG
Plant milik SAG yang rencananya akan dikerjakan oleh JIND,
yang mana menurut pendapat kami, gugatan yang diajukan
oleh JIND tersebut sama sekali tidak berdasar. Namun,
Perseroan dan SAG disaat dan berkaitan dengan
permasalahan yang sama, juga memiliki klain ganti rugi
terhadap JIND sebesar Rp 5.528.373.885.855 (lima trilyun
lima ratus dua puluh delapan milyar tiga ratus tujuh puluh tiga
juta delapan ratus delapan puluh lima ribu delapan ratus lima
puluh lima Rupiah), yang juga telah terdaftar pada Pengadilan
Negeri Jakarta Selatan.

Description of Material Information or The Company hereby announces the following material
Facts information or fact:
1. On 9 May 2025, the Company and its subsidiary, PT
Sumber Aneka Gas (SAG), received a civil lawsuit filed by PT
JGC Indonesia (JIND) at the South Jakarta District Court.
2. In its lawsuit, JIND demands that the Company and
SAG be held jointly and severally liable to pay:
a. USD 1.597.963 (one million five hundred ninety
seven thousand nine hundred sixty three United States Dollars
for costs incurred in connection with the early work performed
by JIND pursuant to the Letter of Intent dated 15 April 2021;
and
b. USD 3.679.947 (three million six hundred seventy
nine thousand nine hundred forty seven United States Dollars)
as compensation for the termination of the Mini LNG Plant
project owned by SAG, which was initially planned to be
carried out by JIND.
In our opinion, the claims filed by JIND are entirely groundless.
However, the Company and SAG, in relation to the same
issue, also have a counterclaim for damages against JIND
amounting to Rp 5.528.373.885.855 (five trillion five hundred
twenty eight billion three hundred seventy three million eight
hundred eighty five thousand eight hundred fifty-five Rupiah),
which has also been registered with the South Jakarta District
Court.
