Bunga Tetap Tahap III Tahun 2024 Seri A akan
jatuh tempo pada tanggal 30 Juni 2025:

Dengan Tingkat Bunga Tetap Tahap III Tahun 2024

In order to comply with the provisions in the Decree of
the Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia
No. Kep-00060/BEI/09-2022 concerning Amendments to
Regulation Number I-E concerning Information
Disclosure Obligations and Financial Services Authority
Regulation Number 45 Year 2024 concerning The
Development and Strengthening of Issuers and Publicly-
Traded Companies, herewith, PT Surya Artha Nusantara
Finance (“the Company”) submitted a Report of Fund
Availability for Repayment of SANF Shelf Registration
Bond IV Phase III Year 2024 Series A with the following
information:

1. SANF Shelf Registration Bond IV Phase III Year
2024 Series A will mature on 30 June 2025,

2. The Company has provided funds for the principal
payment of SANF Shelf Registration Bond IV Phase
