Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan dalam Surat Keputusan
Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022
tentang Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban
Penyampaian Informasi dan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan Nomor 45 Tahun 2024 tentang Pengembangan dan
Penguatan Emiten Dan Perusahaan Publik, bersama ini, PT
Surya Artha Nusantara Finance (Perseroan) menyampaikan
Laporan Kesiapan Dana Pelunasan Obligasi IV SANF Tahap I
Tahun 2022 Seri B dengan informasi sebagai berikut:
1. Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV SANF Dengan Tingkat Bunga
Tetap Tahap I Tahun 2022 Seri B akan jatuh tempo pada
tanggal 10 Juni 2025;
2. Perseroan telah menyediakan dana pembayaran pokok
untuk Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV SANF Dengan Tingkat Bunga
Tetap Tahap I Tahun 2022 Seri B sebesar Rp.
600.000.000.000,- (enam ratus miliar Rupiah) dan siap
digunakan untuk pelunasan; dan
3. Perseroan mendapatkan dana untuk pelunasan Obligasi
Berkelanjutan IV SANF Dengan Tingkat Bunga Tetap Tahap I
Tahun 2022 Seri B dari penerimaan pembayaran angsuran
pembiayaan yang diberikan Perseroan kepada pelanggan
yang terakumulasi setiap periodenya.

Facts
In order to comply with the provisions in the Decree of the
Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-
2022 concerning Amendments to Regulation Number I-E
concerning Information Disclosure Obligations and Financial
Services Authority Regulation Number 45 Year 2024
concerning The Development and Strengthening of Issuers
and Publicly-Traded Companies, herewith, PT Surya Artha
Nusantara Finance (the Company) submitted a Report of Fund
Availability for Repayment of SANF Shelf Registration Bond IV
Phase I Year 2022 Series B with the following information:
1. SANF Shelf Registration Bond IV Phase I Year 2022 Series
B will mature on 10 June 2025;
2. The Company has provided funds for the principal payment
of SANF Shelf Registration Bond IV Phase I Year 2022 Series
B amounting IDR. 600,000,000,000,- (six hundred billion
Rupiah) and ready to be used for repayment; and
3. The Company obtains funds for the repayment of SANF
Shelf Registration Bond IV Phase I Year 2022 Series B from
receiving financing installment payments provided by the
Company to customers which accumulated each period.
