Bursa Efek Indonesia menjadi sebanyak 46.813.391.540
saham. Penurunan Modal Ditempatkan dan Disetor Perseroan
dilaksanakan berdasarkan RUPSLB Perseroan pada tanggal
17 Februari 2025 serta dilaksanakan dengan mengacu kepada
ketentuan di bidang pasar modal yang berlaku.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,

reduction in Issued and Paid-Up Capital was implemented
based on the EGMS held by the Company on February 17,
2025, and carried out in accordance with the prevailing capital
market regulations.
