Merujuk kepada: (i) Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (“OJK”) No. 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang
Keterbukaan atas Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik (“POJK No.
31/2015”) sebagaimana terakhir diubah sebagian oleh Peraturan OJK Nomor 45 Tahun 2024 tentang
Pengembangan dan Penguatan Emiten dan Perusahaan Publik (“POJK No. 45/2024”); dan (ii)
Peraturan Nomor I-E, Lampiran Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Jakarta No. Kep-
00087/BEI/12-2025 tertanggal 12 Desember 2025 tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi
(“Peraturan BEI No. I-E”), dengan ini PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk menyampaikan Laporan
Informasi atau Fakta Material sebagai berikut: /
Referring to: (i) Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning
Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public Companies (“POJK No. 31/2015”) as
most recently amended in part by OJK Regulation No. 45 of 2024 concerning Development and
Strengthening of Issuers and Public Companies (“POJK No. 45/2024”); and (ii) Regulation No. I-E,
Attachment to the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Jakarta No. Kep-
00087/BEI/12- 2025 dated December 12, 2025 concerning Obligations to Submit Information (“BEI
Regulation No. I-E”), PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk hereby submit the following Material Information

Osaka Steel (“KOS”) to Osaka Steel Co. Ltd. (“OSC”).
3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material/ : Perseroan telah mengalihkan sebanyak 14.000 (empat

tanggal 29 Juni 2026, yang dibuat di hadapan Humberg
Lie, S.H., S.E., M.Kn., Notaris di Jakarta Utara (“Akta
Jual Beli Saham”).

Harga yang wajib dibayarkan oleh OSC kepada
Perseroan atas penjualan Saham Yang Dijual adalah
sebesar USD 14.000.000, sebagaimana telah dibayar
lunas oleh OSC kepada Perseroan pada tanggal Akta
Jual Beli Saham (transaksi pengalihan saham tersebut di
atas selanjutnya disebut "Pengalihan Saham").
The Companyhas transferred 14,000 (fourtee
thousand) series B shares in KOS, representing 20%
(twenty percent) of the total voting rights in KOS and 14%
(fourteen percent) of the total issued and fully paid-up
shares in KOS ("Sale Shares"), to OSC pursuant to Deed
of Share Transfer Agreement No. 105 dated 29 June
2026, executed before Humberg Lie, S.H., S.E., M.Kn.,
Notary in North Jakarta ("Deed of Sale and Purchase of
Shares").
The purchase price payable by OSC to the Company for
the sale of the Sale Shares is USD 14,000,000, which
nas been fully paid by OSC to the Company on the dat
of the Deed of Sale and Purchase of Shares (the shar
ransfer transaction above shall hereinafter be referred t
is the "Share Transfer"
4. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Terhitung sejak Tanggal Kejadian, Pengalihan Saham
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan telah menjadi efektif dan karenanya seluruh saham milik
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan Perseroan dalam KOS telah sepenuhnya beralih kepada
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau OSC. I
